I can't say enough good things about our experience working with Jess on the sale of our home and purchase of a new one. From the very first meeting, Jess asked great questions and took diligent notes, following up with us the very next day on some listings that she found that fit our requirements. Once the process of seeing homes started, she was very flexible and available to view on a short notice and made us feel comfortable with the process, which was entirely new to me. She's extremely knowledgable and you can tell she's passionate about helping her clients, and when she wasn't 100% sure of an answer to a question, she'd make sure to follow up immediately once she found it.
